Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your VibeX account and all data associated with it at any time. Below you'll find the steps to delete from inside the app as well as how to request deletion by email.

1. Delete from inside the app

The fastest way is to delete in-app:

  • Open the VibeX app and sign in to your account.
  • Go to Settings (Profile / Account).
  • Tap “Delete account”.
  • Once you complete the confirmation step, your account and data are permanently deleted.

2. Request by email

If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion by writing to our support team from your registered email address. You must use the email associated with your account so we can verify the request. Putting “Account deletion” in the subject line speeds things up.

3. What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes:

  • Your account info (email / sign-in identifier),
  • The photos you uploaded and all output you created,
  • Your history and sync data,
  • Your remaining free credits and in-app preferences.

Some records that must be retained for legal reasons (e.g. purchase records) may be kept for the period required by applicable law.

4. Waiting period

Deletion is irreversible. To prevent abuse, a waiting period of roughly 30 days may apply before you can re-register with the same identity.
