Terms of Service

VibeX is a mobile app for iOS and Android that improves the photos you upload using AI while preserving your identity. Output is generated automatically, and results may vary depending on the input, the mode you choose and technical limits.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. To use the service, you must be of an age at which you can enter into a contract under applicable law.

• VibeX Pro and VibeX Ultra are auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your store account (Apple Account) at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's store settings (iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions).
• Free trial: some plans start with a 3-day free trial (once per account). Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged; any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• One-time purchases: the Daily Pass (a 24-hour generation window) and credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Generation rights are metered server-side via credits and plan quotas.
• Prices are shown in the relevant store based on your country. Refunds are subject to the relevant store's refund policy and handled by that store.
• Credits are not real currency; they cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, are non-transferable.
• Free credits (guest try, daily gift, referral bonuses) may be limited to prevent abuse.

When using VibeX, you agree that you will:

• Only upload your own photos or photos of people for whom you have explicit permission; uploading someone else's photo without consent is prohibited.
• Not use the app to create illegal, obscene, hateful, deceptive, harassing content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Not create output to impersonate someone, produce fraudulent documents, or deceive others.
• Not reverse-engineer, abuse, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.

Content that violates these rules may be removed, and your account may be suspended or terminated.

The VibeX app, brand, design and software belong to Mustafa Evleksiz. The photos you upload belong to you. You grant us a limited permission to process your photos solely to provide the service. You may use the output you create for personal and commercial purposes, provided you do so in line with applicable law and these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of AI output.

Although ID / biometric output is produced to follow common formats, acceptance by official institutions (visa, passport, ID, etc.) is NOT guaranteed. Acceptance criteria vary by country and institution; it is your responsibility to verify the relevant authority's requirements before you apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeX and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. On termination, unspent free credits are not refunded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
